Play at 1:43 is all I need to see. Excited.

    How do you pronounce Spiece?

Obviously this isn’t fair, but I think there are two things that Walton needs to improve on to reach the same level Trey Burke was at in high school – shooting and finishing. Walton might be an even better pentrator than Trey was at the same time, but he needs to gain strength to finish calmly among the trees and needs to continue to work on both his mid-range and three-point shots. Obviously a tremendous passer, ball handler, and driver though.

And an aside, if #23 is Steven Haney, he will be an absolute steal if he ends up at the mid-major level. Kid is a pure shooter and has shown good athleticism in the past.

#23 is Josh Kozinski from Edwardsburg. Steven Haney is in Florida now so can’t play for Mustangs due to the adjacent state aka LeBron rule. Haney was all-state down there as a junior.

    • I wonder how Tim Hardaway Jr. played with the Mac Irvin Fire when he lived in Florida?

Multiple residences? Grandma’s address? It’s really only enforced at NCAA sanctioned events.

        • Makes sense I think he split time between Fire and a Florida team so that would work.
