    Spike has played great.

    • larry fousie

He does a great job of milking the clock at the end of a game

    • Putin

After that terrible slump, the team scored about 15 points in his six minutes on the floor.

  • Dustin Stone

    Curtains

    • larry fousie

      killer instinct!

  • Tony DeMaria

    Indy!!

  • Chezaroo

    Mercer or Tennessee?

    • kam

      NOT tennessee

    • Dustin Stone

      Mercer

    • MGoTweeter

Both present problems. But rather mercer.

    • Tony DeMaria

Mercer but I think they are both tough. It’s basically great offense vs. great defense right?

    • guestavo

      Mercer and it isn’t close.

    • Rich74

Mercer, as they are fat and happy for beating the dukeys

  • Rich74

I can’t believe that they are not fouling.

  • camblue

    Clinical

  • kam

    morgan is pumped

  • larry fousie

We have got to do better on O vs a zone. Struggled here and against Illini in BTT.

    • MGoTweeter

Today was weird. Took the zone apart for the first few possessions then just collapsed

      • larry fousie

Yeah, had Nik once and GR3 once at high post, but otherwise notta

  • Ben Sheler

Mercer or Tennessee, it is our advantage that we have a week to prepare

    • MGoTweeter

      And more talented than both

  • Chezaroo

Vol fans wanted Martin fired 3 weeks ago, now they’re the supposed most feared team. Funny how fast things change.

    • kam

the fans were stupid for that

    • guestavo

Only because Vol fans wanted Pearl back.. not on Martin’s performance.

      • Chezaroo

They do have double digit losses though, right?

        • guestavo

True… SEC is much stronger than thought.

          • larry fousie

they have 3 teams in the tourney. They are not stronger than thought

          • guestavo

B1G has 3 teams in the tournament.

          • larry fousie

Really?? That’s your argument. “They are what we thought they were”

    • MGoTweeter

There is a reason they are an eleven seed

      • guestavo

Which is about what they were expected to do.

  • Burke_Does_Work

Tennessee is like Texas, but more experienced and better at shooting. They have Jarnell Stokes who is Cameron Ridley-like, but better

    • kam

Hes a lot better to be honest.

      • Burke_Does_Work

Yeah well, Ridley was hot coming into our game so he could’ve been more of a threat than he was today had he played like he had been

    • guestavo

Tennessee is like MSU. Great in transition, physical bigs and McRae is explosive offensively and lockdown defensively.

      • guestavo

Also MUCH better as a unit on both sides of the ball. McRae could lockdown Stauskas or LeVert imo.

        • kam

I think you’re giving them too much praise they are inconstant..

          • guestavo

Ask Roy Marble and look at how they closed the season.

          • Chezaroo

They could of should of? Lost to an Iowa team that is a shell of their former selves, so they aren’t world beaters. The match ups are “potentially” difficult though.

          • guestavo

They didn’t lose and that same Iowa team beat us to the tune of 22 pts

          • Chezaroo

They’re a shell of that team now, (what 9 losses in last 10?) and that loss was a home game for them. Neutral court usually exposes in lieu of emotion, I like our chances. We will definately be favored! Go Blue, and Mercer!

          • Chezaroo

Sorry 7 of last 8, and only win was Purdue. Ughh

  • Rich74

You would never see Izzo smile like that at the end of a win.

  • mstein23

JMo gets a rebound while laying on the floor for a double double.

    • Rich74

      Priceless.

  • MGoTweeter

Big win. The zone surprisingly worked very well for Texas. Thankfully they did not go to it earlier. Two straight sweet sixteens is nice but the path is wide open to accomplish a lot more.

  • Burke_Does_Work

Mercer or Tenn., who do we wanna play? Obviously Mercer may be the less talented team, but they would definitely be the crowd favorite

    • Tony DeMaria

Definitely the crowd favorite especially because more than half the arena will be Louisville and maybe UK fans.

    • jakelam2116

Knoxville’s only 5 hours from Indy.

  • jakelam2116

We’ve seen it in both games — Michigan doesn’t get rattled when things aren’t going great and knows how to close out teams. That’s a reflection of the coaching staff and a group that’s come a LONG way. Sweet 16 again = a beautiful thing.

  • Kyle

This Michigan team looks like they can win it all. Should blow by Tennessee.
