Four-star guard Jalen Coleman sets Michigan visit date

990390[1]Jalen Coleman will visit Michigan on Saturday September 7th to watch Michigan’s football team take on Notre Dame Under the Lights.

Coleman is a consensus top-35 prospect in the class of 2015 and holds offers fromĀ Michigan, Indiana, Ohio State, Purdue, Arizona, Illinois, Memphis and a host of other high major schools. Coleman was “ecstatic” to receive a Michigan offer earlier this summer and the Wolverines are thought to be in strong position in his recruitment.

Coleman’s father confirmed the visit plans via text message.

Michigan is already set to have a busy visit weekend with class of 2014 forwards Kameron Chatman and Donte Grantham taking official visits. Trevon Bluiett may make it up to campus for his official visit as well, although it’s not finalized.

reminds me of Bracey Wright (old IU player) for some reason. I just like the way he plays. Hoping he commits!

His game is reminiscent of a bigger version of Ben Gordon. Utilizes ball handling ability to create space for jump shot. The great thing about Coleman is that he has the size/athleticism to finish at the rim at the collegiate level.

I could see that too – definitely.
