ArizonaLogo[1]The Arizona Daily Star is reporting that Michigan and Arizona have agreed to a home-and-home series in the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons. The series will open in Ann Arbor during the 2013-14 season.

The Arizona Wildcats have added Michigan and are close to adding Oral Roberts to their future men’s basketball schedules.

Ryan Reynolds, the Wildcats’ director of men’s basketball operations, said Arizona completed a contract with Michigan to begin a two-year home-and-home series in Ann Arbor, Mich., in 2013-14. It will conclude at McKale Center in 2014-15.

  • This would be roughly a million times better if it were football.

Who got the Arizona football head coaching job, I have not heard.  :)

Arizona will be really good, possibly as soon as next season. This is a great scheduling move for both schools.

Since UM and MSU don’t have any scholarships left, I hope Trey Zeigler goes to UD Mercy.  They would have a great guard tantum.

No chance we can make room for him? Don’t see why he’d want to play behind Appling or Burke anyway, but we could certainly use another capable guard.

He’s not a PG so he wouldn’t be sitting behind either of those guys. He’d be sitting behind GRIII and Gary Harris.

Would Zeegs have to sit a year? Would McC still be around then?

      • maxwell’s demon

This might be a scenario where he could petition to not sit out. Not sure though.
