Both of Michigan’s senior captains, Zack Novak and Stu Douglass, will be honored during their final home game on Saturday evening. In honor of both careers, we take a look back at some of the most memorable photographs, videos and moments throughout their journeys from high school to the present. Full gallery after the jump.

That was great. I was at the game and didn’t see “Know your teammate”. Loved it.

Awesome montage. Loved watching the UCLA game… oh Manny and those deep 3’s.

I loved it too – that back door pass to Peedi is my fondest memory of Ant Wright’s Michigan career.

I couldn’t help but notice that there, in the third game of his career, Stu never came off the court coming down the stretch. Three different point guards rotated in and out(Dave Merritt getting down and dirty going for the loose ball!), but not Douglass, who finished with 10 points on 5 shots, 5 assists, and just 1 turnover. It was definitely a sign of good things to come…

Stu is da man.  Calm, cool, and collected.
If I had to pick one moment from his career, that pic is it!

Thanks for these Dylan. Getting a little misty-eyed over here thinking about these two guys leaving us and all the contributions they made to this program over the last four years.

Perfect way to celebrate Senior Night.

Beautiful.  He really has been clutch for us many times.  What leadership these two have given us.

  • This is just awesome, so many great memories I had forgotten about. Crisler better be absolutely deafening when they honor the seniors on Saturday.

That dunk was one of my favorite moments of the Stu / Zack era.  I knew, after the way I reacted, that Stu was my favorite Wolverine.  I would like nothing more than to see him catch a late season wave and ride it deep into the tourney.
