Oh wow. Sees the floor so well, and not sure I've seen anyone that size better at getting into the lane and finding open space.

love the spot up j and mid range game

Quick crossover with good handle, pull-up jumper, and a potentially decent outside shot (I didn't count the misses)–he has potential. I wonder about his defense and how his game will translate to the college level. Michigan could definitely use a quick guard to get to the hole. Bundridge is that, potentially. Having two of such players isn't so bad, but Ferrell is a sophomore, right? I was just wondering about scholarships and roles and potential duplication.

Yes, Yogi was a sophomore last year.

    ball hog

  • I would ask you to watch some AAU basketball and then watch the full games that Yogi played in before you call him a ball hog. He doesn't come off that way at all and I think the accusation is off-base.

I wish Yogi passed more. He looks like a ballhog point guard

Did you even bother reading Dylan's reply to the last post that said basically the same thing?

I've seen him play in person twice now. He's far from a ballhog. He shoots a lot for his high school team out of necessity (his team is pretty bad, other than him), and as for the AAU stuff, that's just the way it's played.

Bottom line, he's not a ball hog.

FYI: Yogi would have had about 10 assists in the Indiana State Finals game if his teammates could seriously make any kind of shot.

He was getting WIDE open 3's and easy dish-offs in the post for his teammates and they were not finishing.

Great ball handling, VERY strong and quick. Solid shot, good moves, good passer. Still very young but all the tools to be a great PG.

He reminds me of a Kelvin Grady(not a good thing), not smooth at all, very cloggy with the ball,
Thats the biggest difference between the other UM guard targets such as Ray Lee and Marcus Paige. Also the two are extremely athletic.
Any game footage from Speice I read on here that Lee had 38 on Paige would love to see some film .
