Michigan trailed by 9 points in the 2nd half, but managed to complete the comeback and knock off the Louisville Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

The Wolverines rode a huge performance from Moritz Wagner to the win and are headed to Kansas City for the Sweet 16 where they’ll face either Oregon or Rhode Island on Thursday.

We knocked young Pitino out of the Big Ten Tournament and the old man out of the NCAAs.
Anymore Pitino’s out there that need a boot?

Not Joanne – we should send her flowers.

Michigan with 4 straight wins over teams in Sweet 16 (Purdue and Wisconsin). Clearly a 7 seed…

Of course, the Big Ten is a crappy conference.

Three B1G teams in Sweet 16. If the Sparties can win tonight, one fourth of the teams in the Sweet 16 will be from the B1G. Sparties winning tonight probably isn’t very popular on here, but this HUGE Michigan fan, whose been cheering for the Wolverines for over 60 years will be cheering for the B1G, including the Sparties tonight!

Don’t look now but Michigan, for the time being, has moved up to KenPom’s 3rd most efficient offense in the country. Jesus, Beilein is a wizard!
