Five-star big man Mo Bamba named his top four schools at the Hoop Hall Classic this weekend and Michigan is still in the mix.

Bamba is down to Michigan, Texas, Kentucky and Duke. He’s officially visited Michigan and Texas and is planning officials to Duke and Kentucky.

His trip to Kentucky is planned for next weekend, while a trip to Duke hasn’t been locked in due to Mike Krzyzewski’s backs surgery.

“Michigan is still involved,” Bamba told Scout.com. “I talk to the coaches every now and then. It’s a matter of finding a balance of being in the presence of this, Westtown, instead of being out in the world.”

A decision could be coming up in Bamba’s recruitment as well.

“Definitely towards the end of March or early April,” Bamba told Scout. “I kind of want to get home for spring break. Our spring break is March, but that’s the tournament. I kind of want to do visits with the coaches after that and make a decision after that.”
