Michigan head coach John Beilein extended a scholarship offer to Milton (MA) guard Cormac Ryan today.

Ryan has been one of the fastest risers nationally this summer and he’s been adding offers quickly. Indiana, Florida and Stanford all offered Ryan late in July and Michigan watched every one of his games during the live period.

Ryan was on campus for Michigan’s College Practice Camp this weekend and was one of the top performers at the event. He plays for the same Middlesex Magic AAU program that produced current Wolverine sharpshooter Duncan Robinson.

I see a lot of what we saw in Stauskas in him just from the highlights. Hope he accepts quickly.

    • He can really play, think he would be a great fit and his stock is just going to rise.

Absolutely, deceptively shifty, great stroke. Skill game is off the charts and passes it too. No idea if he plays strong defense, but looks like his motor keeps moving so I at least would think you would be able to rely on him to be engaged and always play with effort on that end. Would you say he is a Michigan lean now or Michigan is just in his top 3 or 4?
