Hate to say it again, but post D and defensive rebounding have been troubling, especially against the opponent.

This team will get really good by January, I hope. Doyle is a proven asset, as are Dawkins and MAAR. Robinson will contribute for sure. Only question is who will emerge to join the rotation.

  • Aubrey Dawkins with 15 points, five boards, two assists and a 100 eFG%.

Off Topic: I have Pitt vs. Gonzaga on in the background. I can’t believe they’re letting these kids play on that slick floor. Someone is going to get hurt.

  • TyGoBlue21

Good to see Spike’s feisty self back on the floor.

    • Yep, but man he’s struggling to move out there. Going to be a bit before he’s up to full speed.

My stream doesn’t have the best quality, so what are you noticing?

  • gobluemd16

DJ plays like he is 6’4 except for the occasional block due to his wingspan. Love so much to see Spike out there all over the court

  • MGoTweeter

Not loving what I’m seeing out of Doyle. Thought he would take a big step this year with an offseason of conditioning. But he still looks like he is struggling for breath out there. So far Donnal looks like the best bet at the five at least on defense and the glass with Wilson maybe being the best offensive option

    • Chezaroo

Very puzzled by Doyle. Thought it was a given he’d make a big leap this year. Not encouraged so far.

      • Honestly, Donnal looks better thus far.

        • Chezaroo

I know. Very discouraging. Does Doyle have acknowledged breathing issues? Asthma?

  • Moritz Wagner checking into the game.

  • MGoTweeter

Not bad first showing. Defense actually looked pretty good except for some lapses on the glass. Offense took awhile to settle in but ran pretty smoothly for the last thirty minutes.

  • bobohle

Wagner the best at the 5 spot tonight with DJ.

    • Chezaroo

Really? MO hardly played. Donnal was easily the most impressive to me tonite.

      • bobohle

I disagree. Wagner brought much more energy and better defensively in a fraction of minutes played. By burning the red shirt and playing the 5 instead of the 4 when he came in,the coaches must have plans for extended minutes for him at the 5.

  • Chezaroo

Walton uninspired tonite, or just not trusting injury recovery yet? Looked disinterested and lethargic to me.

    Have a box score, Dylan?
