John Beilein suffered his first loss against John Groce since Ohio knocked Michigan out of the NCAA tournament in 2012 and his team clearly let one slip away. The Wolverines led 50-43 before suffering a 64-52 overtime defeat.

Watch Beilein’s comments in the embedded media player above.

I just feel so horrible for these guys and for Beilein. They clearly are shorthanded and continue to battle and battle. Its both the truth and unfair that we are taking on all these other teams without 2 of not only our best players, but two veteran players.

He could be whining like a certain crybaby coach, yet Beilein is all class.

Its obvious that this team will not give up. Aside from the one letdown effort against Iowa, these guys have been there right at there at the end.

We have had some miscues and some bad luck, but what I do know is that things will turn in over favor. The homecourt usually flips those things in your favor.

Beilein and our boys will be victorious on Tuesday.

    GO BLUE!

Please don’t stop summarizing Beilein’s post game press conferences with bullet points. This is my favorite part of this site. Keep up the good work.

    • We won’t… Last night was a late game though and Dustin was the only one there. Apologies!
