Pregame Reading

  • MAAR and Walton both have four fouls.

  • Corperryale

After ragging on his all game long, I weirdly think at this point that Irvin has to launch one. He is due to make a shot.

  • jemblue

Coach Harbaugh’s gotten to see some classics when he’s in person.

  • jakelam2116

4 on Walton & Rahk are big

  • Mattsik

Walton is serious money as a game winds down.

  • MGoTweeter

    rahk beat by the ballfake

  • Dustin Stone

    Turrible

  • MGoTweeter

  • Joel_C

  • Dustin Stone

What do you have to do to get a call out here???

  • jakelam2116

    Too predictable from Walton

  • jakelam2116

    Frank the Tank is money

  • Dustin Stone

So so close to that much needed signature win

  • Mattski

    Walton played his heart out.

    • MGoTweeter

sure did.. he didnt play particularly well for most of the game but he battled like heck

  • jakelam2116

    I’ve seen crazier things

  • jakelam2116

Need to dribble hard and pull up from 25 here. No other option

  • jakelam2116

    Dumb pass

  • Joel_C

Seldom have I been prouder of a loss. Maybe the Big Ten tournament semifinal in 2011 when we scared the crap out of Ohio St after being down 17 with like 2 minutes.

  • MGoTweeter

great great effort. proud of these kids. they should be able to build off this game the rest of the year. there isnt a team in the B1G they cant beat if they bring this level of effort.

also please start rahk and only play spike/walton together when absolutely needed. and start max at the four over dawkins in the right matchups.

    • jakelam2116

Yep, love Rahk. That Spike/Walton lineup simply isn’t producing. Really good stuff from Max, too.

  • jemblue

So close. Despite the loss it feels like the team is getting its pre-NJIT confidence back. A lot of guys stepped up tonight.

  • Tony DeMaria

Like I said when it was looking dire in regulation, a rare loss where I actually feel good after the game. Proud to be a Michigan Wolverine tonight

  • Richmond_Eric

DWjr showed lots of grit, character tonight, the whole team for that matter. Just a little lapse at the end of first half and perhaps the game is won in regulation? That being said, lots of positives to be taken from tonight’s game! Go Blue!

  • Justin

Spike just isn’t Spike…Rahk needs those minutes..Irvin if he wasn’t a total disaster,we win this game.

    • MAZS

Really, this is on Zak? Ridiculous.

      • Justin

Just saying he was Mr. Basketball Indiana ,hasn’t looked the part,a little more from him and this loss was a victory. You don’t agree I guess.

        • MAZS

I “bit more” from anyone would have done the job.
