Apologies for the audio, it’s not exactly quiet in the Georgia Dome.

get these clowns off the first page. Can we please celebrate the greatness of the current team and for that matter guys like Zach Novak, Stu Douglass, CJ Lee, David Merritt, etc. Guys that actually cared about the program

not gonna repeat myself because I am already sick of having to explain myself about the most selfish era of michigan basketball, but just see my last post in the open thread to whoever downvoted me

Just take the high road and do not be selfish. Others might be interested to read the article about the fab 5. I would not care less at this moment, but thank god, anybody can navigate away from this page.

I know I am preaching to the choir, but take the positives out of this. Spike was bigger than the fab 5, and judging from the outcome, we might be enjoying watching Mitch and Glenn in M uniform for an extra year.

no, you are absolutely right. I probably should not have commented about it. I just have such strong feelings about this particular group of players and coaches this year, that I don’t want to see anything take away from what they have done.

          • Dr_ZC

I understand completely and I share your feelings. This team and coaches deserve so much, and they have achieved a lot. The loss hurts, but deep down, I am happy and proud of them. Cannot wait till next season.

MGo, just relax and do not be petty. Michigan lost, as Louisville was the better team tonight. End of story. If you do not like the Fab 5, all you need to do is do not read the article. I know, it is a tough loss, but be reasonable. We are all hurting, and it does not help to take our frustrations to the refs and the fab 5.

I know, I know. But the issue is I do like the Fab Five. I loved them when they were playing, but even overlooking their off the court transgressions, this is not their time. I don’t want to see them or hear about them. I don’t care what they are doing. Personally an interview with Novak on the front page would mean a lot more. This team is completely devoid of all of their characteristics and thank gosh that they are. I want to celebrate these kids and all the great things that they have done.
