“We have really grown as a group over the last several years and we understand what it takes to win. • Dick Vitale Preseason Top 40 – 21-30
” 21. Michigan: John Beilein’s team surprised many people last season, but they will have even higher expectations this time around. Led by sophomore shooting guard, Tim Hardaway Jr., look for the Wolverines to be a force in the Big Ten this season.”
  • U16 Super Showcase recap
Mark Donnal: He is a tough insider who can score and rebound. The Michigan commit has really improved in the past year and is moving toward being an impact player by the time he arrives in the Big Ten. Donnal can face up and shoot to 19 feet, but is also effective on the low block and is not afraid to try to dunk on an unsuspecting opponent. Plus, Donnal is a good rebounder in the paint and a solid position rebounder.
  • Las Vegas Day 3 recap
“Michigan commit Nik Stauskas (Missisauga, Ontario/St. Mark’s) has gotten stronger and more explosive in the lane, while maintaining his niche as a lights out shooter from the perimeter. Those developments have him on the verge of taking his game to the next level, but he needs to do a better job of harnessing his emotions when the whistle isn’t going his way.”
  • Vegas: Day Four, Part B ($)
“His three-point shot looks smooth and although he wasn’t finishing well, Stauskas didn’t have much trouble slashing to the basket.”
