Like Umichmadness, I really love this team — a lot of moxie for a collection of young players (remember, many are still teenagers!) who day in and day out face older, more experienced college teams with future NBA players. I hope these wolverines continue to snarl and scratch and don’t get too down on themselves. The best is ahead. Morgan and Horfod are going to be feared centers next year, and Hardaway’s growth this year as a defensive stopper and a reliable penatrator on offence is, in my opinion, truly amazing.

True, I groan at some mistakes (especially the missed defensive assignments when the other team in bounds). But I cheer at the unexpected blocks, willingness to take charges, and remarkable passes to the inside and subsequent quick layups. Keep your heads high, DMo,, Stu, and Zack. May your team continue to work together and develop its considerable potential. Go Blue, and smash the sparites.
