Michigan Daily profile of Darius Morris - John Beilein tells Michigan players: Stay hungry
Be the hunter not the hunted seems to be a pretty obvious theme this year - Notebook: Michigan basketball coach John Beilein explains player rotation, redshirts and Manny Harris’ hamstrings
Good to hear that Manny’s hamstring is feeling better - Michigan’s point-guard battles slowly shaping themselves up
I definitely agree with the idea that Douglass is a shooting guard at heart, Michigan needs him there to make big shots.
Love that interaction between Darrius’s daddy and Jalen Rose in that Daily article.
Darius has parellels with Dylan with their visions of Michigan bball back to glory. Boy do I love this team and this site. I’m really excited for the game tomorrow and the Old Spice Challenge coming up. GO BLUE!
once again, I was extremely impressed with Darius. He comes across as a highly intelligent kid with an inordinate endowmnent of wisdom for his age… looking forward to seeing his maturity translate on the court.
For clarification, this was an assumption by the media that there is a plan to redshirt Jordan. (Snyder from the Freep wrote the same thing and I sent him an email and he corrected it.) What Coach B. said is accurate, he will not play unless he shows he can contribute which has yet to be proven. This can also be heard on a podcast of Coach from WTKA from 11/11. He should be fully cleared today and we will see what he can do! He has been practicing for several weeks, with a few minor exceptions. At this point no decision has been made.
