No words on Novak from scottblue?

Very interesting to see how beilein ia going to use McLimans this year. if we can get some consistent production from Cronin Gibson and/or McLimens, this preseason high expectation can be met.

This report really gets me excited. I'm sitting here clutching my fists and staring menacingly at the computer like I'm Mr. Burns or something. Hearing that Darius is already standing out-Excellent. Hearing that Manny and Deshawn are leaders on the floor-Excellent. Hearing that McLimans is better than expected-Excellent. Hearing that Ben Cronin should be a factor this year-Most Excellent.

Willie Mitchell would like to disagree with you. The key is keeping your arms as soft as humanly possible. This way you can chuck from anywhere on the court without the difficulties of rebounding or playing defense to get in the way.

Nice comment, spot on. It seems few people make the effort to understand what you said. Lifting doesn't hurt shooting if you mix in lots of shooting. It is important to shoot some after the weight sessions. There is such a history of myth surrounding weight work. It seems about time for people to accept a more scientific approach.

Two Interesting Things: How the pick-up games have changed since JB has taken over and gotten some of his guys in here and how hard Stu is working in the weight room. It takes quite a bit of guts for someone with a great shot to hit the weight room. It can really Obama/change up your mechanics if you don't work extra hard at shooting, too. That is why you really don't see great shooters get bulky from weights. Hats off to Stuuuuuuuuuu.....
