In other attrition news, OSU's Mullens surprised no one by leaving early.

The thing about Beilein being on CBS is a little confusing. I'm not sure if he will be on CBS or CBS College Sports, which we actually do happen to get in the dorms here. I'll have to check for him. It should be interesting. Go Mizzou!

Wow... I've been trying to think of a "Michigan equivalent" of the Iowa exodus. I think it would look something like this:

- Manny transfers
- LLP transfers
- Kelvin transfers
- Will Regan commits to us and then de-commits
- Gibson decides to not return for his 5th year

That's horrifying to say the least...

Haha I'm not surprised at all about Iowa... they run the most boring and predictable offense, and if their threes aren't falling, there really is no other way they can score. At least other teams that rely on the 3-ball can run some backdoor cuts and plays for their post players (see: us).

Wow. Talk about a blow for Iowa. Yikes. Sounds like a really rough situation with Jake Kelly but that kid really showed something down the stretch.

Man, that's crazy!

Beilein on attrition...
http://www.detnews.com/article/20090326/SPORTS0201/903260390/1131/sports0201/U-M+s+Beilein+looking+ahead

"What we'd like to have here, our goal as a program, the only attrition is through graduation. We will do everything we can if a young man is not happy to help him, but we will do everything we can to not having any surprises in May, June or July. That is extremely difficult to deal with as a coach."

Discuss. I have no idea what Kelvin is thinking and I think that no matter what he really is thinking, transfer rumors probably would have been swirling regardless just because of his situation. I guess it's just wait and see at this point.

I really loved Grady's attitude through the whole benching. He is a class act and might end up being the back up for Morris during the last 1 1/2 of his career and I think he will handle it the same way.
