Jay, watched that Iowa game and I thought UM's big need was an interior player and/or someone who could get the ball inside either off the pass or a slasher who can consistently finish against the tree tops. Seems like 95% of the shots came from the perimeter with a few off balanced tosses at the hoop off the dribble by Manny. That won't get it done consistently.

You can keep Will Reagan, im sorry we already will have Blake McLimans who we burned a scholarship on. Now can we get some players who may be able to score going TOWARDS the basket?..give me Trey Ziegler, Moses Morgan or Casey Prather, and Tim Hardaway Jr or Ray McCallum and we are ready to roll! Moses Morgan is a monster out here in Vegas around 6-5, true wing. Trey..everybody knows about him, and Ray and Tim are G's who can score and penetrate. Yes we have Darius..but with guys like Stu, Zack, and Matt spotting up we do need some people who can draw double team. Someone who is willing to dribble the ball past the 3point line consistently!

I’ve seen JH Jr. play about 5 times this season and really had a breakout season He has been Pershing 2nd best player all year and was their go to player when Appling was out. He is about 6-4 or 6-5 and very strong. Lacks quickness and athleticism but could improve on that because he seems to be coming into his own. Plays very well in the post but has a really nice jump shot. He played a lot more on the perimeter the second half of the season. Currently he holds no offers from what I heard but he should start seeing them come in after AAU this season. I think he ends up being a mid-major player, I’m not sure he would be effective playing for a high major but if he improves like he has over this season I could be wrong.

It is really funny read the articles from both Spartina’s site about the PSL game. Nix didn’t lead his team anywhere. He was non-existent in the game (just like last time the teams played) most of his points came toward the end of the game on wide open layups after the game was out of reach. Nix really struggles against size and I would be amazed if he sees the floor next year in the big ten. He has some really nice tools that Izzo will take advantage of but I cannot see him being a productive player until his junior season. Infact I sat next to the young lady that wrote the scout article and the article was completely different from comments made during the game.

Jordan Morgan – I was at the De LaSalle and it was the best game I have ever seen Jordan play. The way he has improved is making me think he will not be red shirted like I predicted in the past. I really hope he goes up against Nix in the operation friendship game or districts.

it would be a real interesting move to say the least to land dragicevich who is a newcomer for most people and definitely another unheralded kid coming out of nowhere when kids like moses morgan who are nationally coveted like michigan......i would hope beilein wouldnt pull any triggers and would be very careful with this 2010 class......if elite players like michigan then beilein needs to step up his recruiting game

Dylan - who on the hot board has an offer as of now? You'd think Zeigler and Regan would already have theirs.

Hahaha, we should go for the defender flying through the air trying to guard Moses in that pic...he's nowhere near the ball, but he's got ups

In terms of new big men playing next year...

I'd handicap the odds of them playing in this order:
Cronin
McLimans
Morgan
...
Puls

That's a great shot with Moses Morgan and the defender flying through the air.

Are we going to get any decent minutes out of Cronin/Puls/McLimans next year?
