    Every single article on Udoh is laced with quotes from Mitch Malone. This guy is obviously laced deep within Udoh’s psyche and decision making. I sure hope he has Udoh’s best interests at heart.

    Musket, I imagine you have heard the story about how Ekpe tried to hide his commitment from Malone until after signing day because Malone didn’t want him at UM. It is what it is at this point.

    It’s sad because a kid who would potentially have been our(defensive) star was dragged out of a good to great situation because of the influence of one guy with his own agenda. Of course I’m speculating, but it surely seems like this is the case. I really hope for EXpe’s sake that he made the right decision by listening to this guy. I guess by sitting out a year he can get stronger and practice hard, but if he had done that here he would’ve also been starting for two years. I guess if he was as unhappy at UM as he appeared to be then I can’t blame him for leaving. But if he only left because this guy told him to come home then it’s such a discouraging turn of events for him. Either way I hope he finds what he, and he alone, is looking for. Keep up the great work Dylan.

    Just FYI, Byrd didnt make it in last night, but Trey Ziegler visited, and we are apparently gaing interest with him.
